Carleton University Announces: Canada's First Chair in Philanthropy
The MPNL Program just launched a new monthly podcast – PhilathroThink the philanthropist conversations.
Hosted by current students in the MPNL program, each episode will feature wealth creators, philanthropic leaders, and innovative thinkers who are part of the ever-evolving Canadian philanthropy and nonprofit landscape. Also available on Apple and Spotify.
The first episode of the PhilanthroThink podcast features a conversation with Linsey Sherman-Zekulin, MPNL Advisory Council Member and catalyst donor to our effort to create Canada’s first Chair in Philanthropy.
Linsey is the co-founder of Happy Roots Foundation and formerly of Sororal, a femme-focused travel and advocacy brand committed to advancing gender equality and fighting gender-based violence. At Happy Roots Foundation, a private charitable foundation based in Ottawa, she’s championing a trust-based approach to philanthropy and grant-making.
